I am happy to confirm that David Richardson being the operations manager of Modern Trailers is an excellent manager and very responsive in his field of work.

David has also demonstrated particular skill in coordinating the different aspects in the build of my trailer and completing it to my satisfaction in a timely way.

I have found David to be very approachable and highly organised, reliable and personable.

David's certainly has the knowledge and integrity within his position to advise and design a customised trailer to suit any particular needs within any trade or domestic use.

The after sales service that I have required over the past three years has been impeccable and the response time for servicing and repairs has always been available within 1 to 2 days.

As my trailer gets a heavy duty daily workout some maintenance with repairs are essential (this trailer has done at least 55,000 kms) and I would advise any customers that are in the market for a new trailer to certainly contact David for advice with design and a detailed breakdown of all the costs involved.

All costs were itemised and they were no hidden extras Costs upon completion and handover of the trailer.

City of Playford have had a working relationship with Modern Trailers for approximately 4 years. In that time we have had many trailers built varying in design from a paving trailer, to mower trailers, barbecue trailer, standard 6x4 and tandems. We have found them to be very well built trailers at a reasonable price.

One of the advantages I found was that I was able to be involved at factory level to ensure we got the product we wanted and was able to make changes before painting occurred. I have found Cos always looking to improve his product by asking the purchaser for their input .

The End result was an impressive, well made, business Asset that was customized to my every particular request. I had to get some modifications done 6 months after manufacture and this was completed in only a few days, I was very impressed with the after sales service.
